I helgen seglades årets första rikscupsregatta i 606. Tjugotvå båtar kom till start. Efter en serie på 2, 3, 5, (23 OCS), 3, 1, 2 slutade vi på en andraplats totalt. Fem poäng efter segrande FIN-68 från Åland. Det är vi riktigt nöjda med! Hela resultatlistan hittar ni här.
Första racet
Eftersom det var min och Thomas första kappsegling tillsammans var vi båda spända och laddade inför första start. Det blåste en byig nordan mellan 5 och 8 sekundmeter. Det var läfördel på linjen och vi ville ut till vänsterkanten. Thomas inledde med en magnifik lästart där vi lyckades slå till babord precis på skottet vid läflaggan och gick före hela fältet för babord. Sen var det bara att hänga ut fläsket och tåga på ut mot vänsterkanten. Det kändes riktigt gött att runda som etta efter första kryssen i vårt första race tillsammans.
