It Technical Support Agreement

MDaemon Technologies may change this policy at any time, without prior written notice, at MDaemon Technologies` sole discretion. A recent return policy is available on the MDaemon Technologies website. The customer may revoke this contract within 30 days of receipt. Each refund is determined by MDaemon Technologies based on time and/or number of support incidents at MDaemon Technologies` discretion. Customer must contact MDaemon Technologies` after-sales service for return processing and may not revoke this agreement after thirty (30) days after receipt, unless provided for by applicable provincial or federal law that cannot be modified by agreement. MDaemon Technologies offers technical support agreements to meet your critical business requirements. We strive to provide the best support experience with one goal: your satisfaction. This Agreement contains the terms applicable to your purchase from MDaemon Technologies, Ltd (“MDaemon Technologies”) that are made available to you (“Customer”) when ordering from MDaemon Technologies Technical Support Agreements (“Support Agreements”). By accepting delivery of the services described on the invoice or order confirmation and support from MDaemon Technologies, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and to accept them.

If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, you must immediately notify MDaemon Technologies and return your purchase in accordance with MDaemon Technologies` return policies below. THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE APPLY (i) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE SALES CONTRACT WITH MDaemon Technologies, IN THE EVENT THAT THE SEPARATE CONTRACT APPLIES; OR (ii) UNLESS OTHER STANDARD MDaeMON TECHNOLOGIES TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time, without prior written notice, at the sole discretion of MDaemon Technologies. These general conditions may not be modified, supplemented or supplemented by the use of other documents, unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to modify, supplement or supplement this document or to place an order for products or services and support subject to additional or modified terms and conditions is null and void, unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement signed by customer and MDaemon Technologies.
